I offer my counselling services nationally by telephone or video calling using Zoom. I also have availabilty for in person, face to face sessions in a confidential and welcoming room (For those local to the CH1vacinity and surrounding area). As a certified online and telephone-trained counsellor, you can trust that should you have your sessions conducted via webcam or phone the will be conducted securely and ethically. Furthermore, I am a member of the Association of Counselling Therapy Online (ACTO), which means I adhere to their code of ethics and professional standards.

Face to face in person sessions can be arranged for those local to CH1
Initial meeting
I offer a free 20-minute introductory meeting by phone, this is for us both to get to know each other, you can ask any questions you may have, understand how we will work together, and see if I am the right counsellor for you.
Individual sessions
All sessions are for individuals and take place online via Zoom or by telephone or if local to CH1 we can arrange for face to face sessions - subject to availability. You decide. Sessions are 50 min in duration.

1 x 50 min Therapy Session - £50
Fees are payable by bank transfer no later than 24 hours before the session. Payment secures the session.
Cancellations less than 24 hours are non-refundable

Our sessions are confidential and we will enter into a contract with each other at the start of our sessions together
